For the second fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2002, Catalyst reported net income of $843,000, or $0.05 per diluted share, on revenues of $12.0 million. This compares with a net loss of $977,000, or ($0.05) per diluted share, on revenues of $9.2 million in the second fiscal quarter last year and net income of $1.2 million, or $0.06 per diluted share, on revenues of $12.5 million in the previous quarter.
