Al, I don't know if you've had the opportunity to go to the R. Limbaugh web site..........if not, you're in for a real treat. When I went to check it out, it was right after I read the posts from some conservatives who were raving how great Rush was, how factual his commentaries were, how he gets to the truth, how honest he is, etc. The usual BS spin by the right.
When I got to the site, there were 5 or 6 of his articles posted. I've never heard him speak so I had no idea what to expect. Well, hello.........of the six articles, only one had anything to do with facts, the rest were his opinions. Of course, he never gets anything wrong 'cause he's mostly presenting his own views ad nauseum on everything.
And the one with the facts was hilarious. He is talking about the US tax system as if it were some new devise recently invented, and how unfair it was to the rich. I think what he was trying to prove was that 1% of the population pays most of the taxes but by the time he was finished presenting 'his facts', his article had turned into an accounting 101 class........very boring!
If this is the best the right has to offer, we have nada to fear.
