Ilya, I have never seen a good rights offering. Royce Funds are the cheapest and done the most honestly, but they still aren't a positive for shareholders. There is an answer. Shareholders should vote en masse against their elected board. After all, those empty suits are supposed to be on our side. That being said, I tend to vote against the directors and the auditors on every ballot, so I'm kind of a crank on that count. <g>
