UNSCOM disagrees with this. They can't verify it credibly, and much of the documentation they have is only paperwork, not physical evidence that Iraq actually destroyed those weapons and/or chemical precursors.

I could care less who helped Saddam build Chemical weapons.. And I highly disagree that any US regime deliberately sought to help Saddam to develop CW capability to use against his own domestic population, let alone against anyone else...

However, it's the US that is taking the initiative to disarm Saddam... And it is those nations with substantial economic and oil interests in Iraq that have been opposing it...

Play the blame game all you want... That doesn't change the future, and it only continues to show just how shallow and superficial your cognitive process actually is...
