Flaring
or
Kyoto No No's

It would help Alberta if the Federal government made it clear who is going to pay for Kyoto reductions. Mr. Klein has never relied on Anderson accountants in Alberta and his calculations on cost and job loss are probably correct, maybe slightly hysterical and at the high end of the scale, but essentially he is correct, it will hurt. Reducing Canadian emissions means reducing Alberta's emissions and this will mean some very large changes in the way things are done in Oilberta.

Anyone who has driven around Alberta at night on a new moon would know exactly what I mean.
