I need the US congress to jump-start my windmill windfall. Jay, Jay, Jay..... Why the US Congress???????? Why not the Chinese Peoples Assembly or whatever they call it? China should avoid the US mistake and go ALL OUT to avoid becoming addicted to the narcotic drug of oil, with all it's environmental and political problems. You, Jay Chen, should be busy right now cooking up deals to build blade and turbine plants all over China! GO FOR IT, MAN!!!
