I saw some news blurb on Yahoo about the Captain America decision (that went in MVLs favor) was thrown out (or some legal term to that effect) by a judge. So MVL has had a little string of bad news with the 4 Mil, Stan Lee's suit and this decision. Will this be enough to bring it down to even 8? LOTR 2 will be huge and MVL has the master toy license for it. Another story is out about Spidey toys being hot this Xmas, and Daredevil is coming up real soon (and all that JLo/Affleck news can't hurt) With X2 is the spring and Hulk in the summer there's may not be much time for MVL to do those slow falls when stocks get forgotten.
