This stock is DEAD....And it will not pick up until there is some there is some SEC announcement made about PerfectTrade being able to trade on the internet without broker. As with all government agencies, speed is not necessarily their strongest point. There was speculation that SEC's No Action Letter was going to be released early in June...well it's approaching August 1996 and no letter...so guess what?? For all of us who believed in this company...we have been hit with BAD NEWS!!! No letter from SEC and to make it worse..BAD EARNINGS What the SEC should ANNOUNCE is how many shares the insiders of PerfectData have traded (in late May and early June 1996). I am just in it to see..how low can this go...NEVER DONE THIS BAD IN MY LIFE!!!! I could have been blind folded and shot Darts at the NASDAQ listings, and would have picked something and probably not have crashed to half it's value. This is a PENNY stock all right!!! Good Luck to you all..
