Hi bridge Player,

That is a really tough estimate to make.

Back when KVHI only addressed the military market I was first attracted to them as they bottomlined 10-11 percent.

Military is the high margin product - but the rest aren't shabby.

What it all comes down to is acceptance and rate of acceleration of new products.

That is a huge unknown - I suspect to even Martin.

But like the new website slideshow says " 1% of the auto market equals 100 million in revenue".Lets just say KVHI only impacts Mercedes SUV,Lincoln's Navigator and Cadillac's Escalade line(all 3 of them in 03) - well there's your 100 million - not to mention the aftermarket.

I see the stretch Limo and airport delivery service as being the first great intrduction of the capability.Mobile WIFI bubbles that allow you to use your lap tap while being driven to the airport.Trains and busses Ditto.

Then all we have to consider is Current sensors, monthly subscription revnue,Marine and RV growth - now going up 50% plus for over 2 years.

Current annual revenue projecting to near 50 million and this little winner isn't looking back.

The common stock is undergoing what I would call a classic accumulation phase.

Repeat profitability will expose this company and their products to many fundamental articles - which will drive waves of speculative buyers after what can only be called a tightly controlled 11 million shares of stock.

I think your numbers are right on the money, assuming the low profile antennae is being introduced at the CES show in January.

We must keep in mind this is the first trully huge market their antennae will be intro'd in - thay've single handedly conquered all the maller niche markets - it could be explosive.

I still not mentioned JDAM/military or Modulator - this is the only stock I've owned that has loooong term growth potential.

My imagination shuts off well before the price of this little jewel does.ggg

Bob

P.S. 100 million might just bump over 1.00 - economies of scale for a small company can be great.

With an annual growth rate of 45-60 percent, and a pe of 40 with annualized earnings of 1.00 AND a market like we've got today 40 would be conservative.

I'd prefer to see revenue approaching 200 million anualized in 04 -05 earnings in the bag of over 1.75 and the 2 for 1 split will be a done deal.

Call me crazy, but at that point I'd get nervous after the split around 35 and REAL nervous at 40 again.

Hey - I've seen the exact same thing Happen to Cohu in the early 90's.

I believe KVHI has a greater potential in the long run than Cohu did/has.

JMHO

Bob

EDIT :

Well the 1600 at 7.95 were snapped up - then 2000 at 7.98 now only 300 offered at 7.99.

That's exactly what we want to see.

Only hundreds offered and buyers must chase up the price.

Only 300 hundred offered before the ceiling becomes the floor.

Hurry and get it cheap while its there - I love the chase train CHOOO OOOO UHHHHH !!!!!

Bob

I can almost taste this break out is going to happen any moment - maximum excitement.
