If Blix fails to find anything it will be more a sign of incompetence or lack of effort, or possibly lack of support from the UN in response to Iraqi obstructionism then it would be a sign that Iraq does not have WMD and an ongoing WMD program.

Don't you think that lack of effort, Iraqi obstruction and ensuing lack of UN support will be obvious? Then you have left Blix's incompetence. How will you judge that but for what you read in the so unbiased press and from administration propaganda which has already begun before we have seen lack of effort, Iraqi obstruction and lack of UN support? Can you follow this?
