Maybe, just maybe, we will get some relief from the penny-stock hell that we find ourselves trapped in, now that The Wall Street Journal has written about the problem.

For the better part of two years now, I have been railing against this ridiculous trading of worthless securities. Heavily indebted companies that file for bankruptcy, cases where it's known that the common stock will be wiped out, ought to have that common stock cancelled.
