I got a mail today from somebody who phoned Rienk Kamer on the Subject i mentioned in the previous mail. He got the following answer from Rienk Kamer. It is clear that i've misunderstood the SEC fillings. Selling shareholders is just the expression for shareholders filing their holding of newly issued shares.They do not actually sell shares

Furthermore Rienk Kamer told that he is not intending to sell these shares in the near future. He estimates EPS of at least $5 within two years. Moreover he points out that some 500000 shares of Jyra have been sold short. These short positions have to be covered (which may not take long anymore) and IPH (a big shareholder) is unwilling to sell.
