I admire Rushdie. I am not a fan of his writing, but I do admire his stance on Islam. It has really cost him. BTW, thanks for commenting on that bombastic piece I posted from NRO yesterday on how America will rule the world. You have to realize that since your Gov had the temerity to bad mouth us a little during the election, we are feeling wounded and have to jab you guys a little. I am surprised that the EU is in so much economic trouble so soon. Those Bureaucrats in Brussels, combined with the general Socialism of Europe, is really causing a mess, IMO.
