I've done those a couple of times, once when my parents were alive for a Sunday dinner and a few years back when a coupla friends of mine were divorced and had no place to go. I started them on charcoal and applewood on the Weber and finished them in the convection oven. Really good and the sandwich leftovers were to die for.
