I spoke with IR at Condor and he told me that they are in JV with EXR but not on the claim were EXR made the discovery.I got the impression that EXR is leasing the properties for a 50% exchange. He was helpful and said that the thing that beat the stock down was the links to Indo China (check there web page). They also talk about a project in Brazil I believe, plus the Finlayson Lake deal.
Check their web page for info on Company,ie.
Hopefully things look good for the company but I think I will pass.
