U.S. Aid to Israel

Receiving $3.5 billion per year, Israel is the single largest recipient of U.S. foreign aid, accounting for over one-quarter of the entire U.S. foreign aid budget. Aid to Israel is immune to budget cuts and has never been used to pressure Israel to accept a peaceful settlement or to cease its illegal practices.
