I must hope that the war does not start until I have a chance to take my chips home with me.

BTW, for the Japanese govt to ramp the Nikkei index, they must buy Docomo, and better still, they do not need to buy a lot of Docomo in order to ramp it. Best of all, they will be buying my Docomo, at the appropriate time:0)
