Thanks for the discussion on real estate.
As for the jump in farm jobs, I did notice it and assumed that the employment report numbers had been massaged.
I no longer trust the numbers put out by the government statisticians. They tell us what the broad market wants to hear and readjusts months/years later when it no longer matters. Whenever they say "seasonally adjusted" that is their way of warning people that the numbers have been manipulated.

What the "financial elite" are doing to the hard working citizens of this country is nothing short of criminal.
All to line their pockets with our hard earned money. The problem is that they are on a path that could ultimately destroy the country.
