The significance of patent expirations vs. other income sources depends on the time frame. If over the 15 year period, the patents may be of issue, though that is probably impossible to know without a full legal exploration of the significant CDMA patents the Q holds reletive to 3G networks. Nonetheless, at least over the 5 and probably 10 year period, these other income sources are likely to be very significantly positive.
