We get far fewer tourorists Iransacking our outback and flying 747 into hotels than we used to, and this is surprising given the lower C-Buk. Seems that the hugie trade was always near border Murikans taking shopping trips to our drab, safe, clean, cities in Ontario and canoeing our dangerous fish-freaky wilderness a bit. Far largest part was the shopping in TO. Few go to our pathetic moron-run "lodges". And most of our lakes are fished out or polluted with various scum and/or lamprey/millfoil/ZM. We don't do the wild experiences like we used to,if we ever did. Skiing lodges in BC as destination resorts are not imaginative like the US counterparts. People do not understand the destination resort. Jackson Hole was supposed to fail because of bad demographics! Deliver me from the MBA, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of chapter 11, I fear no evil but the economist/biz grad and their marketing studies. Drab, safe, clean, TO is not anymore really and not interesting to the Murikan tourorist. Sniff. We lost India and now Canada. EC<:-}
