Still waiting for completion. I spoke with Jim Bond late last week and thought you all might like the update. There is another delay (getting used to that part yet?) the fellow who controls the properties has a number of business concerns in Khazakstan and will be there longer than originally expected, apparently the government there has put some sort of a deadline on getting all businesses properly registered as private entities by July 31st. Our friend is thus focussing his energies on getting this done before the deadline. Jim said he was assured that the properties were not affected (all of the necessary paperwork/registration is already completed on them) and that we would be free to move ahead once he had completed the process with his other interests.
