From what I've been able to read all consumers of metals are living hand to mouth, they don't keep any stocks on hand, they just hope the merchants can supply. For copper right now people are paying a 3.5c a lb premium to LME price to get delivery in North America. The time to accumulate the BWRs and TEKs is now. The zinc price is moving for a reason.
