Claude Resources raises $1.5-million privately 2002-11-29 08:10 PT - News Release Mr. Neil McMillan reports CLAUDE RESROUCES INC. COMPLETES FLOW-THROUGH PRIVATE PLACEMENT Claude Resources has completed a private placement of one million common shares issued on a flow-through basis at a price of $1.50 per share, for gross proceeds of $1.5-million. The proceeds of this offering will be used by Claude to incur Canadian exploration expenditures in connection with its mining properties, with such expenditures to be incurred on or before Dec. 31, 2003. ........(good news for currie rose v.cui)
