EDS not pulling back on the rating agencies downgrades. I guess it is just beaten up too much already. Any further deal announcements and this stock could easily get into the mid 20s within a very short time....and I am expecting it to get there very quickly. Question of value versus uncertainty. My guess is that uncertainty will decrease and the stock takes off! One or two deal announcements might actually do it. Might plan to do a partial sale after the next big contract win. It is likely to react positively to such news. jmho.
