Those who believe in, and would cash in on, "the liability" should be condemned to have the disease. Let them win their judgement, and then REQUIRE that they (lawyers included) be INJECTED with the disease that the vaccine was intended to prevent.

The attitude toward "victimization" and "product liability" would change REAL fast...
