Ciao, 10-4 on both accounts. I'd be very surprised if TOMmy mgmt didn't do the right thing - or something reasonably close to the right thing. After all, they own a ton of stock. If the market improves, great. If it doesn't, and they feel a one time dividend is the way to maximize shareholder value, that's OK too. For a 10 cent stock, having a year's worth of cash is not only a luxury, it provides a great deal of maneuverability.
