You mean the military used by the Bush adminstration to defeat the Taliban in Afghanistan 10 months after he took office was rebuilt from the depths of Clintonian neglect in little more than 9 months? Near miraculous recovery.

No. Frankly, I was referring to the military that, ten short years ago, was capable of fighting two major theater wars simultaneously while fighting NUMEROUS smaller, Afghanistan-sized conflicts, AT THE SAME TIME.

The liberals are telling us we're now incapable of this kind of military activity. Who to blame, if not the incompetent Clinton administration?
