Intel not in ratings of top twenty CPUs: newegg.com. . These are ratings applied by the final arbiters, the customers and end users. The site (PC-World), you cite, does not rate any "white box" sellers who have a majority of the market. If I hit the "Top 10 Sellers" link on the site that you cite, up pops a 2.4 GHz Pentium 4, which would dispute your contention that Intel is not one of the top 20 CPUs. They're one of the top 10 overall products.
