This is possible. I would wait to enter this stock until you can be reasonably sure that the PO has completed. I would of think they would of done a better job placing the stock offering by "crossing" the shares. We will see. This stock is definitely shoring signs that it wants to move up. Still, be aware of the time factor here. If the stock repeatedly attempts a breakout with no success, then I would keep a close eye of the technicals. If they start to turn negative, then I would expect the stock to retrace some of its gains. Otherwise, it can consolidate here above 33 before attemtping another breakout.
