Cash, from one pocket to another, much like the tobacco shakedown and the on-going litigation to shakedown the banks and stock research departments of same. Another tax in disguise. It is the corporate boys trying to outpace the government boys, each playing their part, feathering their nests. Who suffers? The suckers, oops, I mean the citizens!
