In the law suit brought by Mr. Marvin, I believe that one of the complaints involved disparaging remarks involving his mental condition.

"And six day's later, he filed a lawsuit against us."

I think I've posted this before, but I always thought the complaint was bogus because there are so many sites that have listed his bipolar/Manic Depressive condition and many where he discusses the condition.
