LOL! ================================ Israelis demolish homes of militants JERUSALEM - Israeli troops pulled out of a Gaza Strip town yesterday after killing a Palestinian gunman and demolishing the homes of three Islamic militants. On Saturday, Israeli tanks and armoured vehicles backed by two Apache helicopters moved into the town of Beit Lahiya, firing machine guns and tank shells that knocked out its power transformer. Witnesses said a group of schoolchildren were walking near an Israeli army outpost when soldiers fired at them. Two boys were hit. Meanwhile, the United Nations has formally demanded that Israel thoroughly investigates the death of British UN official Iain Hook by Israeli soldiers and punish those responsible. --AP
