The liberals are telling us we're now incapable of this kind of military activity. Who to blame, if not the incompetent Clinton administration? All the while the conservatives disagreeing and insisting that the military is very strong and we can fight two wars at once. So who is right? Every commentator I have heard so far says that we are MUCH stronger militarily today than we were in 1991. Do you think a) Bush rebuilt the military in a year's time b) he inherited a strong one from Clinton ? Al
