As a supplement to my previous post to you requesting a factual basis for the suggestion that the Bush Administration has a "proven" antipathy to a fact finding 9/11 commission and that it wishes to "keep the lid on", could you say a few (hopefully) factual words about what exactly is being hidden?

Logic compels that in order for you to say that Bush is desirous of keeping a lid on, you must have some factual notion about what exactly is being suppressed.

Please enlighten us.

And, by the way, if Kissinger is looking to make a historical statement in order to (presumably) make his previous errors seem less egregious, why would Bush appoint him to head a commission which is likely to run counter to Bush's "desires", as you call them, to keep the "lid on"?
