Is turkey very expensive in Europe? Err... dunno. I don't eat meat all that much and when I do, it is generally bloody red meat, dark meat of chicken, or prosciutto di parma :) The whole meal was brilliant. And extremely calorific <ggg> It is a small wonder only 60% of Americans are obese, I gather. It was delicious & gastronomical suicide <ggg>
