You can see it in the thing called a balance sheet. It's called Total Stockholder's Equity. That number on Intel's own quarterly earnings reports and yearly reports continues to drop all while Intel claims it is making money. It used to be in the $45 billion range and is now down to $32 billion range. $13 billion in losses yet none have shown up in those quarterly earnings reports.

At the end of the 2001 fiscal year Intel's Shareholder Equity $35.83 billion. At the end of the most recent quarter (Sep 02) Shareholder Equity was $35.31 billion. Your $32 billion number is off by about 10%. The last time Shareholder Equity was less than $33 billion was Q4 1999.

Intel's Shareholder Equity peaked at the end of Q3 2000, at $37.71 billion. It has never been near $45 billion.

This is now bordering on absurd. I would cease responding to you, but I tend to take accusations of fraud seriously. Most often, it is just due to someone who does not understand accounting, like you.

Every now and then, though, there is substance behind the accusation, and great money to be made in a short sale, thus it pays for my sometimes fruitless efforts.

Intel might be a good short sale here, but it has nothing to do with fraudulent financial statements. No matter how much you rant and rave, you need substance behind the accusations, and behind yours there is nothing more than hot air coming out of your rear end.
