Nice try, but I explained to you how HRS used a 1994 ERICY internal memo to convince the jury that ERICY commited willful infringement. You're still unable to rebut that argument that IDCC can use that same memo as well as whatever it can use of the HRS decision in its own case. People are still laughing over your pathetic contention that a jury finding of willful infringement can be used to prove infringement in another case. LOL. What people will do to win an argument! Bye bye loser.
