But of course I meant no such thing, you lightweight, because how can a ruling of patent infringement in one case be used to prove patent infringement in another one?

You still haven't rebutted my point that IDCC can use the finding of willful infringement against ERICY despite the fact that I gave you a sketchy outline of the argument -- including the use of the 1994 internal ERICY memo -- that HRS used to convince that jury that ERICY was guilty of willful infringement.

By the way, there are two basic ways of making money in the wireless sector: units and IPR. I'm currently making money off both dynamics as are many other IDCC shareholders.
