Gussie, you're such a storefront lawyer. You really do amuse me. Facts without law means nothing. Though I doubt it, the truth might be as you say it, but unless it can go into evidence, it doesn't mean squat. These alleged patterns of cavalier behavior as to others' IPR might exist, but if you can't meet the evidentiary burden for getting them into evidence, it's all a big "so what"? And I'm convinced that you don't know squat about these evidentiary standards. Ergo, you cannot opine with any degree of seriousness on whether the evidence will be considered. Naturally, this has not stopped you from making an ass out of yourself. Do you by any chance happen to know what the standard(s) for upholding a Judge's evidentiary rulings on appeal might be? Didn't think so. Do you know what the standard for allowing pattern evidence to be introduced might be? Didn't think so, either. I really love to see you blow it out of your ass on these matters.
