You mean you have to be a lawyer to assess the litigation risks of IDCC? For a company whose destinies hinge to a substantial extent on one case, I think it's a damned good idea. Anyone who relies on your assessments of the litigation risks is a damned fool, as I think I've shown today. You simply don't know your ass from a hole in the ground on any of the legal points on which you have so far commented. Losing money? Who says I'm losing money? You? How would you know?
