You're 50 years old? You argue like a teenage girl. The fact of the matter is that my ongoing assessment of the litigation risks of IDCC informs my profitable trades. That's good enough. You, on the other hand, seem to think that one has to learn the exact letter of the law before one can form an sound legal opinion which in turn forms the basis for a sound investment decision. That works fine in law school but not in the real world, buddy. The funny thing is that you've pretty much admitted that you're carrying a grudge against me based on some supposed comments I made about QCOM and its supposedly weak supply lines nearly 3 years ago! LOL. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the stock prices of QCOM and its suppliers are still down from nearly 3 years ago, no? Based on the way that you twisted my words to mean that infringement in one case involving different patent claims can also be used to prove infringement in another case involving a different set of patent claims, people here can clearly see the real plot line of that soap opera in your head: QCOM vs the rest of the world. Grow up! That's tiresome. 2002 is almost over.
