this subject is really getting old...no one, not one has shown any data where prices are falling in u.s. goods and services (im not talking about imports)..sure a phone call is cheap, but only because of over capacity not seen for 100 years in the telco industry.
Deflation is a freaking myth with a fiat currency...now maybe if the fed mopped up some of that funny money they printed and if real wages dropped 20% or so we might get deflation...but for now that hasn't happened...what has happened is the money supply continues to expand and goods and services produced in THIS country keep going up.
