Jack in the Box Inc. Signs Merchant Processing Agreement with National Processing Company

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- National Processing Company (NPC®), a leading provider of merchant credit card processing and a wholly owned subsidiary of National Processing, Inc. (NYSE: NAP), announced the signing of a multi-year credit card processing agreement with Jack in the Box Inc. (NYSE: JBX), operator and franchiser of Jack in the Box® restaurants. Under the terms of the agreement, NPC will provide authorization and settlement services for all MasterCard® and VISA® transactions accepted at participating Jack in the Box restaurants.
