Robert is a 39-year old kid who loves playing kiddie mind games. Like a little kid, he loves nothing more than your approval and hug of reassurance. Quite evidently, he didn't get enough of this when he was a little one. Maybe that is why his work is with women. He would have been an utter dead loss except for the women folk around him. For all I know, this "Robert" is a "she" masquerading as a "he" or maybe he has an identity crisis. Remind him that help is just a mouse-click or a phone-call away!
