You're trying to think again.

He does not, they are national assets managed by the government and the government receives revenues from those assets offsetting the taxes we must pay by that amount.

If it wasn't for hunters and farmers giving money to protect wetlands Clinton and his Whitewater buddies would have drained all the wetlands for low income housing.
