My proposal is to re-colonized the failed nations of Saudi Arabia and Iraq, and TAKE their oil as reparation for:

The cost of colonization.

Punishment for their murder of thousands of Americans on 91101.

The cost of the ongoing war against World Islam, as well as the burial costs for the millions of Moslems who are going to die before the rest of those talking monkeys are dragged, kicking and screaming, into the 21st Century.

And, in response, YOU seem to think we need "seismic data, directional drilling, well logs, and offshore leases"?

Go ahead and take all the seismic-fucking-data you want. We'll take the Middle East oil. And we'll let any European country that can't eliminate it's archaic socialistic government pay through the nose.
