DOW one tick plunge of 12points was due GM reporting sales down 18%----hey wait for them to give guidance LOL! "But we see the next quarter to be far better, IN OUR OPINION" and if they were to say such a thing as a lie, it does NOT matter because they said "in our opninion".Until the 1995 Securities Act is repealed their will be nothing to stop that legal lying.
