Zack's reports on the four analysts who follow WIND.

For the first time I can recall,one of the analysts has changed his rating from a "strong buy" to a "buy". This downgrade leaves WIND with one "strong buy" and three "buys" in the Zack's report.

I don't know which analyst did the dirty deed nor his reason for doing so,but in the interest of keeping all news available,it should be noted.

A more cynical observer than I might suggest that he is from the firm who anticipated participating in the next round of secondary offerings and is expressing his displeasure in a predictable manner.
