A couple that I know of are Epigress AB of Sweden and SiGe Microsystems in US. Also, Nortel helped IMS, a governmental research organization in Canada, purchase an IBM UHV/CVD system.

I find it interesting that SiGe is helping to keep Si in the race. However, I lack quantitative data of cost comparisons and utility overlaps between GaAs and Si compound devices. Longterm cost projections would also be extremely helpful.
