Believe if you will that: -The delisting was a result of the company deciding not to do a reverse split, as would have been required for continued NASDAQ listing. -The company will meet the criteria for trading on the BBX. -No news will be forthcoming from the company until the 10K is released later this month. -The previously announced aggressive acquisition strategy has been revised. Regarding the disincentive options, I couldn't agree more...they stink...and sting...like salt in a wound. Greg
